2) WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY?

Registering an account with New York Festivals allows our system to save your entry data in case you would like to return at a later time.

3) I AM A NEW USER, HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register a new account, please navigate to the login page and click the link to “Register” to get started.

Once you have entered and submitted all of the necessary information, you will be sent an activation e-mail that will provide you access to your account.

4) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TROUBLE LOGGING IN / CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

If you have trouble logging-in, please navigate to the login page and click “Forgot Password.”

After submitting your e-mail, our system will send you instructions to reset your password.

5) CAN I SUBMIT THE SAME ENTRY INTO MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?

Yes, you have the option to submit your entry to multiple categories to increase your chances of winning. Please note, the entry fee is $50 per category selection.

6) I AM READY TO UPLOAD MY ENTRIES. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You are able to upload after completing checkout. There is a link to “Upload Piece” on your order confirmation page as well as on your account page. You will need to input piece details such as title, format, and synopsis. On the piece details page, please drag & drop your file to the upload area and wait for a green “upload complete” to appear before moving-on. When you are satisfied with your current piece, you can either add a case study, or save and exit.

**Please be sure to click the yellow “Save” button before closing the window.

7) I CAN'T ACCESS MY ENTRY PIECE DETAILS

If you lose access to your entry's piece details, your work has entered review for judging.

For a limited time, you can still make changes to your work. Please contact support for assistance:

8) IF I AM ASKED TO BE ON A JURY, CAN I STILL ENTER?

Yes, however, you are required to abstain from voting on your own work.

9) HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ENTRY?

We accept credit card payment using VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

Credit card fees are 3% of the total order for VISA and MasterCard.

Credit card fees are 3.2% of total order for AMEX.

10) CAN I SUBMIT AN ENTRY EVEN THOUGH THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED?

New York Festivals may be able to accommodate late entries. Please contact support to inquire.
